Thanks to Vitaly for an insightful glimpse into working the Primerica opportunity - great info from somebody whose been there.

Just to throw my two cents worth in....it's important to understand the fundamental importance of team building (recruiting), if you chose an MLM company.

Where Direct Selling is generally a pretty straightforward compensation plan based on commissions on personal sales with a small emphasis on making money on downline sales, MLM plans are more complicated - you'll need a strong downline to make any money.
